Buying a house is an expensive process. If you need to hold off before paying for the inspection we now offer a way to pay in installments over time. This service is through Cash App Afterpay/Clearpay and Affirm, their terms of service will apply.
Our inspections include thermal imaging of the whole structure at no extra cost. Thermal imaging will show you where your losing that expensive conditioned air from lack of insulation or weather stripping. It will show signs of hidden water leaks in ceilings, walls, and floors. Any suspected leaks will be checked with a moisture meter. Thermal imaging of the electrical panel will reveal if there is dangerous overheating of wiring. This is an included premium service!
Our reports are easy to read and include detailed descriptions and photos of any issues found during the inspection. We also provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance. I will never leave you wondering what professional to contact for any needed maintenance or repairs. That's a Promise!

Attention, be aware that the following list of inspected structural components is not exhaustive. These illustrations and descriptions are intended as a brief overview to help you visualize and understand the process of a standard home inspection in a layman's terms.
Foundation type and condition including the general slope of the terrain near the structure, whether its sloping away or toward the foundation. This includes any potentially concerning trees or shrubs located too close to the structure.
Condition of siding and material type. Will also check for signs of weathering and proper installation. Window trim and screens will be checked for damage. Exterior doors will be checked for operation and signs of damage.
Condition of deck framing, stairs, and railings will be inspected along with patios, driveways, and on property access walkways
This includes the roof covering material type and signs of weathering and proper installation along with roof penetrations for plumbing and ventilation systems. In the attic, the rafters or engineered truss system will be evaluated along with type and quantity of insulation.
The floor beams, joists, posts, or engineered trusses will be inspected where visible in basements and crawl spaces.
Flooring material and wall and ceiling material will be inspected for signs of damage. Interior doors checked for operation and damage, Windows will be checked for operation and damage.
Main electrical distribution and sub panels will be checked for safety, including electric service entrance. Outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures will be checked for operation and safety.
Plumbing supply and waste lines that are visible will be inspected for material type, size, and installation. Fixtures will be checked for operation and draining, Water Heater will be checked for safety, age, functionality, and visible damage.
HVAC type and service will be determined. HVAC components will be inspected for age and functionality and visible damage.
