Straight to the point

Full home inspections — and the extras, only if you need them.

Your licensed inspector in Jacksonville and Eastern NC. Thermal imaging, a Spectora report, and lifetime consultation are already in the full inspection. Payment at closing is available for approved buyers.

Pay at closing

Defer the pre-purchase inspection fee until closing for approved customers. A small surcharge is included and certain conditions apply — get in touch to confirm, whether you’re in Onslow County or beyond.

Spectora reports

Easy to read, with detailed descriptions, photos, and repair recommendations. Always available online, easy to navigate, and simple to download or print as a PDF.

Lifetime consultation

After the inspection, for as long as you own the home, call for a free consult on maintenance, repairs, or general questions. Video calls and photos welcome. Included with a full home inspection only.

Premium thermal imaging, included.

Whole-structure infrared on every full inspection. It shows where you’re losing expensive conditioned air from missing insulation or weather stripping, flags hidden water in ceilings, walls, and floors, and reveals dangerous overheating in the electrical panel. Suspected leaks are checked with a moisture meter.
